Las Vegas Legends find the goal often in 12-5 rally past Arizona Storm
Legends now 10-1 and lead the PASL Southwest Division

LAS VEGAS –(January 14, 2013) – With nine players scoring, and a hat-trick from defender Rigo Garcia, the Legends continued their road game winning streak with a 12-5 win over the Arizona Storm. Legends are now 10-1, with the best record in the PASL Southwest Division.

“When nine players score, and your defenders can score a hat-trick, you know your playing good soccer,” said Greg Howes, Head Coach. “This week we prepare for the biggest challenge we have had to date. The Sockers are a dynasty, and we will prepare for that level of play.”

The Legends play the undefeated San Diego Sockers Friday, January 18, at the Orleans Arena. Kick-off is 7:00 PM.

The most decorated franchise in the sport of indoor soccer, the San Diego Sockers are coming to Las Vegas on their quest to make pro sports history with a 47-game winning streak and a fourth straight PASL championship. The 10-1 Legends, in their inaugural season, will make indoor soccer history too, if the can beat the Sockers on Friday.

Las Vegas Legends play in the Southwest Division of the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL) where they are currently in the lead at 10-1. The league has 4 divisions and 19 teams.
