Professional indoor soccer is back in a big way, The Las Vegas Legends.  The Legends treated the energetic crowd of over 4,100 to an exciting overtime thriller on Thursday night at the Orleans Arena. The 8-7 overtime victory over the Stars of Mexico included over 7 goals in the last 5 minutes of regulation and overtime. 58 seconds into overtime the Legends sealed the deal with a Drago Sulejiuc restart goal.

The Legends failed to capitalize on some early scoring opportunities and the Stars of Mexico struck first at the 7 minute mark of the 1st quarter with a low bullet on a corner kick restart by #13 ,Edgar Vazquez.  Legends goalkeeper Zeke Sanchez made some big saves to keep Mexico off the boards. “I just told the guys to keep doing the things we are doing, we are creating chances. I just kept saying break the ice and the goals will come” said Legends Head Coach Greg Howes. The Legends finally struck gold early in the 2nd, Esad Morina headed a counter attack that ended up in the back of the net.

The Stars of Mexico wasted no time answering the Legends 1st goal in franchise history.  10 seconds later the Stars executed a beautiful counter attack goal that left GK Zeke Sanchez helpless as they took a  2-1 lead.  The Stars of Mexico earned a power play just before halftime and thats when Las Vegas’ own Eric Guzman scored a shorthanded goal off a nice throw from Sanchez.  Guzman sliced through 2 defenders then beat the GK to the far post with a nicely tucked shot in the lower corner.  The remainder of the first half was back and forth with neither team able to find the net.  It remained deadlocked at the half 2-2.  The Legends scored first after the break on a beautiful power play goal. Forward, Rodrigo did a loft pass to the back post and sent a delicate header that Franck Tayou laid out for a full volley scissor shot that found the top corner of the net, Mexico’s world cup icon Luis Hernandez answered with a moment of brilliance. Hernandez shielded Legends defender Uzi Tayou for the better part of 40 yards then cut both Tayou and Goalkeeper Kevin Geary and finished the tap in to make the score. The Legends answered with a here Sulejic corner kick goal to go up 4-3. The Legends found the net with 5 seconds to go in the 3rd to go up 5-3. Forward Felipe Gonzalez rocketed a shot into the upper corner from 25 yards that left the goalkeeper frozen.

The game went back and forth in the 4th cheap xanax with each team failing to find the back of the net. The Legends killed 2 penalties leading up to the thrilling 7 goal ending. The Stars of Mexico pulled their goalkeeper with four minutes left. They found the back of the net twice in the next 45 seconds. At 5-5, the Legends went ahead on a tight angled goal by Felipe Gonalez ,his second of the game.  Mexico next made it 6-6. The Legends then equalized with a nicely executed restart goal by 19 year old local product Eric Guzman to go up 7-6 with seconds to go. Mexico countered with a scrambling goal to finish the game 7-7.  So we head to overtime.

Legends ended a historic night just 58 seconds into overtime. Coming off a Legends timeout, forward Enrique Tovar dished a pass to Sulejic who burried his 2nd restart goal of the night to the low near post. The rest tramadol generic history.
